Experience
Christina joined the Firm in 2016 and became a partner in 2024. Her practice focuses on wealth transfer planning, trust and probate administration, and taxation.
Christina is passionate about helping her clients realize their personal goals in a tax-efficient manner. She structures and implements sophisticated estate planning techniques for her clients, including revocable and irrevocable trusts; generation-skipping transfers; and philanthropic planning. She advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex trust and probate administrations, with particular emphasis on taxable estates. Christina also represents clients in tax controversies and audits before the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board, as well as in trust and estate disputes in state trial and appellate courts.
Prior to joining the Firm, Christina began her career as a tax associate at a financial advisory firm, where she provided tax return preparation and wealth management services to high-net-worth families. As a law student, she was a law clerk for the Santa Clara County Probate Court.

Community and Association
Christina is a frequent speaker on tax and estate planning topics. She has presented for the Santa Clara University Grand Reunion; the Santa Clara University School of Law Tax and Estate Planning Society; the San Jose State University Planned-Giving Virtual Seminar Series; and the Diocese of San Jose Estate Planning and End-of-Life Decisions Seminar.
Christina also serves on the Planning Committee of the Jerry A. Kasner Estate Planning Symposium hosted by Santa Clara University School of Law, as well as the Advisor Steering Committee of the Catholic Community Foundation. Christina is a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council, and the Taxation and Trusts & Estates Sections of the State Bar of California.
In addition to practicing law, Christina is an adjunct faculty member of Santa Clara University School of Law teaching legal analysis and writing to third year law students. She also serves as a volunteer judge for second year law students who are enrolled in legal advocacy.
Christina has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2022.

Personal
Christina resides in the Bay Area with her husband and darling daughters. Christina enjoys baking and cooking, watching San Francisco Giants baseball, and running. Christina is also an avid Disney fan.
